Should i watch bount arc

I just got to the Bount Arc in Bleach, and recently i've read that it's just filler. Masashi Kudo the anime artist really shows off his design chops, much more than any other filler arc.

Bounts are spiritually aware beings that were artificially created due an experimental accident that occurred in Soul Society. It also amps up the creativity. Scientists, including Ran'Tao and her team were trying to investigate a way to achieve eternal life and decided to create artificial Souls in order to do so.
